Energizing Talent In Salt Lake City

During this crazy time when we are all struggling to find a new "normal" it is so great to find opportunities to learn and grow.  To that end, I am pleased to announce I will be speaking at the Association for Talent Development's International Conference and Exposition in Salt Lake City on August 29 - September 1, 2021.  The conference will look a bit different than previous years - Covid-19 restrictions, signing up ahead of time for sessions, etc.  ATD is also providing other opportunities to learn from home with the ATD21@Home and a number of smaller regional conferences.  

This is something we have learned during this pandemic - the need to be flexible and to address the variety of needs out there.  We all have to be cognizant that not everyone is responding to the pandemic in the same way.  As there is no right or wrong way to respond the best we can do is be adaptable, listen and provide options.  

​Recognizing the variations is half the battle.  It impacts our workplaces so significantly.  Are our employees ready to come back to the workplace?  How can we help our employees feel comfortable returning?  How can we keep them safe?  How can we keep our customers safe?  Do we need to change our business model?  What long-term changes will we see in terms of how employees learn and develop, how we do business, where we do business?  So many questions...so important we think ahead and do our best to identify where the future will lead us.  Energizing Talent is here to help!
